Medium lemon. Medium - intensity with notes of cut flowers and bell pepper. On the palate grassy notes with some grapefruit showing its cool climate origins with medium + acid. Drink now but could age longer with that acid.

So juicy and refreshing; finishes bitter and demands another gulp. Great with mussels.

Grapefruit and green apple skins here. Paired with a cheese plate and the acidity worked well with our assortment of snacky foods.

Fantastic mouth feel, crisp with striking acidity. Definitely great all by itself on a hot day but. Dagueneau, Les Pentes, Pouilly Fumé 2018 has enough body and character to pair with citrus or tomatoes but can also cut through a cream sauce, cold or deep water fish or would pair nicely with broth and lemongrass or ginger

This adventure with Pouilly Fume offered a nice balance of wheatgrass, asparagus, lemon, minerals and alcohol.
