I’d describe this as a wine for someone who loves a negroni (high praise)! Orange blossom, sour cherry and plum, cranberry, lemon peel, applewood bacon, white peach, both on nose and palate, with a savory and fine crushed rock palate plus energetic acid. So very sippable

Tough vintage for Styria. This cuvée is a testament to the fact that an excellent winemaker can always beat the odds. Bright cranberry fruit; tart but not sour; salty but not briny. Brilliant.

Nutty, earthy, hint of bell pepper, not sweet, which allows it to pair nicely with fruity dishes (unlike other Rose’s that could compete on sweetness). Paired nicely with lobster.
