Sauvvy-B + Chardonnay + Skins + Amphora + Clay bottle = Yum. What's neat about this wine is how equally balanced it is across yellow fruit, orange fruit, acidity, earth, funk and texture. Really intellectual wine, and one to follow over the course of an evening.

Jess gets mango on the nose. I get overripe stone fruit but the tropicalia is there....color is fancy maple....crazy acid funk wet-rock salt-stick opening....snappy sapwood and a little damp paper in the trunk. comes up red in the nose....I just love these gender-bending wines.....winter is autumn, summer is spring - totally elastic escape hatch, built for tumultuous times!
