Apple, lime, orange, mineral, and hints of lychee. Lightly sweet and easy drinking.

#Wine Sweet, crisp, apples, delicate, good body to it, a beautiful aroma of flowers. Without being overpowering like baby breath flowers. That type of beauty and simplicity to this Riesling.
#Pairing Well how do you bring a summer, spring, day drinking kind of wine into the fall and winter months? By firing 🔥 it up with some spicy curry along with cauliflower rice for a healthier option. PS it is very sweet so I would only pair it with spicy food or share it with your girlfriends who have a palette for sweets ✨

Clear, gold with light green tinge. Maybe can detect the petrol aroma note that german rieslings are supposed to have? Zesty, fruity, with high acidity and slightly sweet taste at the end, and a mineral like finish. Medium body and finish, lingers on the tongue. Very drinkable. Compared with Penfolds Koonunga Hill Autumn Riesling 2018, almost everyone preferred the Selbach. I choose this because wanted to try a typical riesling from Mosel, bonus that this is from south-facing vineyard. Taco lunch, National Day. Bought from Wine Connection, $35

Crisp green apples, light acidity, mineral. Great date night wine.

Slight fruit to it, not totally dry but refreshing
