Green apples, slight honey and petrol. There is a sweetness to the acidity. It’s delicate. There is a slight wet creek rock meets little white wild flowers taste to it. I feel like I should be by a gently flowing river in spring that you would find in a Disney movie… maybe sitting in a canoe. I would pair this with a Pudelpointer, a water fowl retrieving dog from Germany. Both wine and dog are friendly, calm, and disciplined.

Slightly gasoline, flint, firs impression. White flower, lemon juice, unripe yellow peach, slightly star fruit on the palate, racy acidity, med body, dry Riesling. Quite beautiful.
