Just great. Another great sweet Riesling from Selbach-Oster. Pineapple and peach and then crisp acidity. Likely not ready to drink until now.

Perfectly complete. Deep layers of spices, lemon balm, basil, and mint. The sugar registers well. Finishes like falling into a feather bed.
