This is tasty sparkling wine from Spain. Showing citrus, lemons, green apples, minerals, light yeast and white pepper.

Medium bodied with medium plus acidity and small bubbles.

Nicely balanced with a nice mouthfeel. Not bitter nor tart. Very tasty with mild complexity. I really enjoyed the mouthfeel.

A blend of 50% Macabeo, 35% Parellada and 15% Xarello. Made in the traditional method.

12% alcohol by volume.

A longtime guilty pleasure for me that shouldn’t be one. After another holiday season of sampling some really crappy and expensive sparklers, this under $10 Cava is a genuine tonic. Smoky and yeasty, with a gauzy, feather-light mousse.

Best Cava for the price. Fine bubbles, crisp and clean.

As usual, an incredible value. What a cava!

Keep forgetting how good this inexpensive bubbly is for the price. Had this at a recent tasting. Clear, clean and crisp. Bright yellow with stone fruit and citrus aromas and biscuit notes. Palate is crisp with apple and peach flavors and ending with mineral tones. Tons of bubbles. Tasting Sample.

Nice cava. Apple, peach, great acid, good amount of yeast/bready influence. Wish I had some oysters while enjoying.

Nose: musty, grass, honeydew. Taste: nicely balanced bubbles & alcohol, dry, slight mineral, maybe apricot? Very pleasant to drink
