Oh yes, this is exactly what I want in my Chardonnay. More Chablis than Côte de Beaune. A sublime mix of tropical fruit, lemon and minerals. Super crisp and wonderfully refreshing. The acid plays on the palate for over a minute. Impeccably well done and such an outlier from other Napa and Sonoma Chardonnays.
