Skin Fermented Carneros Chardonnay

Golden and balanced skin-fermented Chardonnay, delicious with green chili, nutty, apricots, minerals, subtle, not funky like many orange wines , structured like a soft Pinot, but none of the red fruits, all golden.

Digging the low alcohol, no wood approach, but certainly needs some work and doesn't express it's extended skin billing.

Cool and tasty Chardonnay.

Interesting herbal notes take center stage at this point in the wines development. Can see this being really fun in a few years.

Lovely tannins and acidity with apricot and an interesting texture due to extended skin contact in the processing.
