Scott Paul Cellars
Ribbon Ridge Vineyard Pinot Noir
Smells of dark berry jam.
Dried berry dominate this wine, black berry, touched of spice, wild acidity, and tight fruit.
A bit of prunish tannins bring up the rear.
This needs a couple of year to open to what it needs to be. Setting the rest aside.

Rich dark, nice tannins hint of fish. But that’s from the fish I was eating.

Apr 30th, 2019Lots of red fruit, some spice that doesn’t overpower, licorice, cherry, plum. Great finish. Day 2 was the better experience with this one so there definitely is some time to go on this. Good show
