Final btl. Unscrewed on the 17th, notes from the 19th. Just stunning on days 1 and 2 and far and away the best showing I've had for this wine. Very mild signs of oxidation on day 3 open (unrefrigerated on the counter overnight in between). On the nose: black tea, dried strawberry, wet leaf, spice. On the palate: fantastic acidity, wild strawberry, earthy herbals, with a touch of decay/oxidation and the softest hint of tannin on the finish. Absolutely lovely.

May 19th, 2022This is excellent now. Beautiful nose with strawberry, cranberry, a touch of sandalwood and cinnamon. On palate, fantastic acidity, with loads of sour cherry and cranberry. The slightest hint of tannin on the long and refreshing finish. Maybe has peaked.
