This is one of my favorite wineries. I'm collecting these for a 4 year vertical to celebrate with friends. This is a delightful spring mountain cab!!

Bouquet bursting with intense jammy aromas. A little thin, fails to grab the glass. But the taste is full bodied, beautifully smooth with no hint of tannin! Win, win!

So surprised to see it on the menu. So glad it was.

Blackberry and tobacco on the nose. Lots of menthol and cassis on the palate. Intense mountain tannins are starting to become integrated. Spice and cedar on the finish. Damn good for $65 at a restaurant - better than most mediocre restaurant cabs at $100+. Props to Disney for putting this on at a great price.

Hugely tannic and chewy, with a lot of tobacco.
