A great expression of what saperavi can do. Slow mellow fruit, slight acid, long oak lick finish. Aging this wine would allow the buried honey and agave times to seep out. Worth an experiment.

Yay to Georgia! So glad to see georgian wines popping up more and more often in the US. This one was childishly light, but with pronounced earthy undertones. Definitely tasty and interesting. Would love to try more.
