Blend of 57% Chardonnayand 43% Pinot Noir, pale straw color with aromas of stone fruits, yeast and citrus notes. Nice sparkler with ripe apple, peach and pear flavors, fine mousse with tiny bubbles. Tangy acidity on a long finish ending with a spicy yeast character. Nice!
