05 vintage. T6 parcel. I really love most wines from To-Kalon. It's for me a very strong source for opulent, structured, generous Cabs. This Schrader doesn't disappoint although I had a TOR of the same vintage that was more my cup of tea. Beautiful wine, drinking perfectly now.

Thought this wine was really well balanced. The structure holds the alcohol and vice versa, no oak overtones dominating. Not tired at all.

This 2005 is fantastic. Lots of dark subtle fruit. Chocolate,Vanilla undertones. Great finish. A truly great wine.

Awesome. Amazing aromatics of tobacco, spice box, cedar, maybe a trace of anise, and cassis. The palate expresses beautifully refined tannins, with a flavor profile that echoes a lot of what one picks up on the nose. Seamless finish. The wine is remarkable insofar as it’s drinking beautifully right now, but clearly has a lot of development ahead of it. Awesome.

2005. Needed to open up and breath- went from good to spectacular after a little air. New Year's Eve with a rib roast... sets the bar high for 2017! Smells of walking through a field of fresh clean hay eating a warm blueberry crumble. Oh yeah, I went there!
