Complex, ripe, floral nose. Palate weight is a tad stodgy with an oily, viscous attack but the sappy peach and pear fruit is appealing followed a ripe, fleshy cantaloupe and mango dimension that is lovely. The Alsatian terroir resonates loudly in the aromatics of this one, taking me right back to Colmar.

Subtle notes of lime, tangerine and salt. On the palate this wine was very yeasty, almost sur lie like.

Complex nose, but not so much on the palate. Elegant, oily and floral with a touch of sweetness. Stood up to balsamic vinegar fairly well. Very alcoholic on the second day.

Jun 7th, 2015first time trying Chasselas. this is an 04 and very evolved. golden in the glass, very savory, white fruits are drying out. paired with cheese fondue 👍🏻
