Lemon, lemon custard, pear, pineapple, some chalky notes and a flowery scent too. This is intoxicating. The palate shows a great acid drive, with pear and lemon and a grain that I know typically associate with grüner vetliner from kamptal. The balance is wonderful and the length solid, with a long persistence of pear and lemon notes. Great grüner, no doubt, although I'd like the same matter and mouthfeel, but with a bit more zing to it, a more biting acid backbone.
