Refreshingly lively acidity and minerality. A slight fizz in the wine should not deter those who prefer still wines. The bubbles are very subtle and add to the refreshing vibe. A light strawberry and hay mix lingers when all is done.

Bright, fresh, some effervescence. A serious contender for the most poundable wine ever made.

Lovely light pink, hint of frizzante but more likely the bright acidity. Cranberry, strawberry, watermelon, oregano, very refreshing. Pair with grilled shrimp, fava on bruschetta, steamed clams, maybe ceviche.
