Tasted double-blind. The color is a very steely, faint greenish yellow. Medium viscosity. On the nose, some stone fruits, white flowers, and river rock. On the palate, lemon-lime aide and minerals with ripping acidity. I called Grüner but wasn’t surprised that this was Riesling. I need to get more familiar with these wines. Delicious though…I may have lost a layer of enamel on my teeth.

This was just beautiful. Tons of complex minerality - I could swear I tasted some volcanic rock notes (porphyry scattered over slate like some Mosel vineyards, maybe?). Fantastic nose, lots going on in the palate that follows through with nice length and finish. Really good stuff.

Pretty, spicy, promises richness and freshness at the same time, a sense of slate, that wonderful minerality, lemon and some lemongrass, spicy floral, white floral. Delicious.
