Frühlings Plätzchen GG Riesling
Glowing glossy chartreuse with a side wink. Seriously complex, playful soul. It's fruity and floral as riesling goes - violets, grape gummies, finger lime, rubber ball, and if you find it, because it comes and goes, the best little kick of secret mint.
Olive oilish viscosity with kiwi level acid. There but not center of attention there. Descents to peachy, yellow apples, lime drizzled in honey, and a long goodbye.

Older vintage. Lighter and whiter. Smells great. Apples and citrus. Hint of rocks. Flavors are easy, smooth and luscious. Creamy. This is a lovely white. Complex, clean and lovely.

Jun 10th, 2018Very stinky at first. He uses spontaneous fermentation. Takes several hours to go away had to be decanted. Re-tasted the next day! 🍏 and minty nose. Tart passionfruit but also herbs zatar and 🌿 oregano tannic like a mid weight red. From experience i know his wines needs a year to come together way too young. Very aromatic which people think is sweet but this clocks in at 13%. Best vintage since 1971. Spectacular but at this point of its live hard to evaluate and perhaps i am sorry to say for experts only aka you need to drink this over 24 hours. Could be a 10 in 5 years. Pricy. Will for sure end up in some Michelin star restaurants. Not sold out by the way it just showed up.

Oct 15th, 2016A beautiful and complex nose of pineapples, musk, honeysuckle, green apples & peaches. Super aromatic. Wow! loads of acid, peaches, honeysuckle, some musky notes with touches of fresh herbs, and minerality on the superb and complex palate. A juicy body and a long finish. This is fucking great!
