Finished third - all were bottle opened for one hour - all needed to be decanted but once they arrived they were mind blowing

Full bodied with classic cabernet qualities that are balanced with luxurious oak handling. What stands out for me with this famous wine is its purity. It’s graceful and brings great enjoyment over the course of a dinner.

There was a problem with this wine. It evaporated in the glass. Like every time… I poured some and then it was gone. Again. And again... Definitely quality control issue. This is a knee buckling wine! I can’t imagine a higher ceiling - so I will assume this is peak drinking window. Tons of dark fruit, blackberries, cassis and earthy. It’s packing energy like a young wine but is also has the development of a matured wine with ample structure. I can see opening a second bottle tonight because this was sooo good, Sooo special and we started sooo early. Highly recommended.
