Managed to get the dregs of this bottle. Savory bacon, dark fruits and saddle leather. Meaty, rich, black fruits with mocha and graphite flavors. Firm tannins and lingering finish makes this one of my favorites of the evening.

Another alien delicious wine from Saxum. Somehow they find a way to capture all of the more hitone Syrah characteristics while still featuring a beautiful fruit core and deep concentration. Smoky violets, blackberry, blood orange, raspberry and still a very youthful tannin structure and acidity. Love love love!!!
