Shades of Piemonte. Juicy berry with a beautiful graphite finish.

Powerful, savory notes on the nose & palate. Herbal accents on the mid palate offer anise & cracked pepper along with juicy blackberry notes. Tannic structure matches the power of this wine. Worth adding a few to your cellar.

Delightful Syrah. Has strong notes of currant or blackberry that really sets the wine apart. One of the best Syrah's at this price point. Great value and taste.

Sweet plum and blackberry scents, with big dollops of teriyaki and charcoal. Full and silky In the mouth, balancing broody stewed fruit flavors with savory, peppery accents. It's irresistible.

Nice ruby color, clear. Smell: cherry, plum, mushrooms. Taste: medium body for a Syrah, good sweetness on the front end that quickly gets over powered by the tannins. Seems a bit flabby, lacking a balancing acidity. The finish lingers for quite some time. Served at room temperature using an aerator. As the bottle sits open, the tannins soften and the balance improves immensely. Recommend early decanting before serving.

I like that the label says "well drained" because that's how I feel at the end of this week too. Perfect pairing
