A Washington Malbec....surprisingly complex and delish. Nice fruit, good acidity, just enough "grit" to make this wine fun & unique.

A little light tar and smoke on the nose, overripe mulberries. 90% cocoa Dark chocolate covering raspberries. Pretty bitter finish. Alcohol comes through a bit as well.
Overall an enjoyable experience that shows more than Argentina can do malbecs

Saviah: Good value and selection. Tasting room manager, Denise Musick, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Said to call ahead next time and she would arrange a tour and barrel tasting. Also loved this Malbec - fruity and smooth!
