An unbelievably rich wine from the 2011 vintage. These guys know what they are doing. Aged for 32 months in french oak barrels, this wine is very grippy. Sweet, toasty blue fruit on the nose. Completely coats the palate with intense blue and black fruit with a minerally edge that lingers pleasantly.
