Delicately perfumed nose with undertones of herbs and mild spices (thyme), fresh, wonderful melange of citrus fruits (tangerine), tropical exotic star fruit and not too overly ripe figs. Fairly dry with a refreshing acidity whilst not denying restrained sweetness, superbly balanced, a lingering finish.
