Dry, mineral and stone white from one of my favorite places in the Aegean - Santorini. Don’t see a lot of these around, and a nice well balanced white to sip on a lazy Sunday afternoon - perfect! Finishes crisp with a mature but smooth fruit flourish, wanting you to quaff down more!

Great minerality and mouth feel. Citrus. Pear.
