Sharp!! Right off the bat, a nice sharp and citrus razor coming at ya! But then it mellows into a mineral heavy blissful ride to a sharp, tapered finish. Good stuff this!

My first Assyrtiko. A wonderful discovery - nice body and wonderful citrus. Perfect acidity for my grilled salmon. Can’t wait to discover more of these!
