Santo Stefano
Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon
Dark Ruby color with aromas of dark fruit. The palate shows ripe blackberry, plum and black cherry flavors oak and cacao notes. The tannins are very firm but approachable. The finish is about medium, a little vanilla spice peeks out. A tad pricy at $30.

Jan 27th, 2021Initially: Meh. Just doesn’t come together. Skip it. After letting it breathe a bit: pretty good. Good value. Fruity but not overly sweet.

Dec 24th, 2019Not an overly worked wine. It allows the fruit to speak for itself, which is refreshing once in a while. Solid wine.
