Santico Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Corvina Blend

Restrained for Amarone. Wonderful freshness and finesse. Not overly boozy, thick, or raisinated. Dried red fruits. Cigar box. Black licorice. All the qualities of stereotypical Amarone but reeled in. Both blind tasters struggled with this one.

Blizzards and lasagna

A leather, vanilla, chocolate, prune and cherry. Very good amarone.

Smooth - berry, prune, cocoa, and oak

Bit more tannic than I expected from an Amarone
