Berries, maybe blackberries or marionberries, provide a beautiful bouquet that continues as it is introduced to the palette. While tannins develop a nice but unbalanced structure due to lower acidity, the taste is quite stable in the way of an Escher structure. Overall composition has plot twists like a Grisham novel and is sure to accentuate both spicy and mild food pairings.
