12'Sanguis Chinese Fortunes. A blend of Chardonnay, Viognier, Roussanne. I highly recommend you decant this for an hour please!!

Drink at cellar temperature(personally a little warmer)Buttered popcorn, peaches, white pepper,oak & sprinkle in some spices😉....wrapped together oh so nice. These white blended whites are amazing! 7+ years in it easy. Simply fantastic! I've got to get some more.

A little pre-game white wine before we head out to dinner. Crisper and more tart than I remember. Still quite lovely. Glad to know good friend Ralph is enjoying the same bottle 300 miles away.
