Graceful, earthy, bright, delicious now but want to lay a few bottles down for 5-10 years

Yeah! Really enjoyed tasting through these wine!!! The Mataro (Mourvèdre) hit me in particular...

One of my favorite California red wines right now, everything I love about wine from here in one bottle.

Same bottle posted last night but now on day two. Still juicy with a marshmallow/cotton candy nose (thanks @Carla Hine you were spot on with that description!) but some gritty earthy flavors are emerging and the acid and tannins are settling well into the wine.

Easy like Sunday morning. There's something that feels so effortless in this wine. Rose petals, sage, touch of funk.

After 2 hours open a different story unfolds. Things fall into place and fruit softens, more savory notes come to the forefront.

Crunchy red & black fruits, roasted beets and dried rose. Lots of life left

Dried red fruits, soft dusty tannins, medium acid, graphite notes esp on the nose. I throughly enjoyed this.
