Lots of oak, rich middle, and not a lot of acid. All the things I wouldn’t expect from Sandhi. Disappointing, but maybe early growing pains.

Lots of oak, which would be good if the fruit stood up to it. In this 2011, the fruit is overshadowed by it. Otherwise, decent structure and ok.

Toasted oak, vanilla and spice. Ocean breeze, and a little seaweed. Lots of refreshing acidity, almost saline minerality. Lemon meringue pie and toasty finish.
