An entry level Port with good value for the product. Aromas of sweet berry fruit and spice. On the palate simple flavors of cherry and raspberry with a little spice. Smooth with good balance on long finish ending with a sweet bourbon barrel character. Ok, but too simple for me.

Doh! I picked up the wrong bottle ... thought I was getting the tawny reserve ... oops!
Good reminder of why I prefer tawny over ruby - too fruity and sweet for my taste ... not terrible , just not my bag
