Classic method from New Zealand, 13%. A very unusual, and unexpected, sparkling wine made with Sauvignon grapes. Pale yellow color. The nose is undoubtedly an experience: a little tomato leaf and green pepper, but mostly a very intense scent of grapefruit juice. Also a little guava, and passion fruit, really a tropical explosion! In the mouth it's really a Sauvignon, but a bit strange. 78/100

Love green touch in the aftertaste. Great alternative to Prosecco bubbles, just different profile and more honest.
