Tasting amazingly fresh and vibrant at age 15.
Thinking that (most) U.S. sparklers show limited age ability I was educated here as this should easily hold up to and improve for another 10+ years in a cold cellar.

Fabulous after 20 years. Took 15 min for a sour-tartness to mellow out, but it was delicious with fruity, flinty, and bready notes… wish we had more!
