Exciting to taste what this variety can do in Northern California. All crisp white peach and delicious. The Glaabs do great work again!

All creamy pineapple and fig with a bitter balance. Lovely with balsamic braised radicchio, white beans, slivered red Tropea onion, and shaved Ascutney Mountain cheese as well as Harissa and yogurt roast chicken with rice pilaf made with cardomom, onion, dried fig, parsley, and a squeeze of lime.

Amazing with hamachi sashimi and shrimp/crab wontons, especIally as it warmed up and opened a bit in the glass. Whee!

So good it's hard to share

Great fiano from lago vineyard. An honest version of this campanian variety, reminiscent of those from the great CIRO PICARIELLO

Mineral and saline, a bit richer and fatter than I expected ...super interesting

Pitch perfect

Can't stop thinking and writing about this wine. Somewhere between Avellino and Paestum. Has the energy of Avellino and the salinity of Paestum. It's a graceful Fiano, with sotto voce intoning that belies its CA roots. Having five more bottles to share and drink over time makes me super excited to watch this wine and its talented winemaker, Megan Glaab.

And I thought the only Fiano was in west Paso... I look forward to the next bottle.
