Wild. Smells like roses, fresh ripe peaches, dried apricots and honey. On the palate an intense minerality emerges with a distinct oxidative quality. The acid is quite subdued. It definitely opened up at cellar temperature, and starting showing some wild tannin structure for a white wine.

Some skin maceration gives it bit of oxidative quality and tinge of ripeness like baked stone fruits. Fun nose but lacked acid backbone.

Awesome...super crisp acidity. Melded perfectly w a bit of sea salt on sautéed padron peppers.
