The nose shows, big butter, cream, oak, buttered popcorn, green & red apple, lemon, lime, overripe pineapple, overripe white peach, honey notes, very soft chalkiness & minerality with yellow floral, fruit blossoms, jasmine and lilies.
The body is very full, thick & waxy. Honeysuckle, big butter, cream, medium oak, buttered popcorn, green & red apple, lemon, lime, overripe pineapple, overripe white peach, honey notes, very soft chalkiness & minerality with yellow floral, fruit blossoms, jasmine and lilies. Great round acidity and a nice rich, lush and polished finish.

Clean, clear bright pale yellow. Aromas of stone and citrus fruit with light spicy notes. Palate shows crisp apple, peach and mango flavors. On oak for 15 months, the finish is smooth with a tad touch of butter ending about medium. Very nice, but a bit pricey.

Mar 3rd, 2016Fig, apple preserve, pear and butter. This has stuffing and shows lively acid. Has a late harvest, ripe apricot finish. Damn good and not fading!

Mar 1st, 2016Enjoyable oaky Chardonnay with strong vanilla flavors. Good, but feels like it was heavily manipulated and over-oaked. Nevertheless, it went well with tacos.

A nicely aged Chardonnay. Still drinking well at moment. Winery said this was a particularly good vintage for this Chardonnay.

Quite a unique 🇿🇦 Chard that's a cross between a 🇫🇷 Chablis, 🇺🇸 Chard & 🇩🇪 Riesling @ £30 this is a winner that's well balanced & as refreshing as being hosed down naked in the street 👍
