That went down super easy, super smooth. Karl got nothing on this.

Bottled 2/15/17. Seems to be quite some variation in this spontaneously fermented beer. Significantly better than what I had recently on draft at the brewery. Well-rounded easy drinking sour that goes down well on a very hot afternoon. Doesn't have quite the complexity, intensity, and body of their other barrel aged sours.

01/10/12. Acetone at worst, vaguely minty chocolate or eucalyptus at best. Absurdly sour, lacking the complexity and roundness of real gueuze. Still fun to try at a fairly advanced age.
