Natural Yeasts, alcoholic fermentation and elevage on fine Lee's in barrels for 9 months. No filtering or fining. 4000 bottles produced. Absolutely one of my favorite young gun of Champagne. They only propose Brut Nature style; Biodynamic agriculture and making. Marvelous results everytimes. Very few others I would pick over these guys.
