A thread of chalkiness & floral notes, that sits on the back of your palate for 30+ seconds. Many great years in front of this. Little champagne, prior to a sensational dinner tonight with my BETTER half.

Dare I say it's finally ready to drink? The 2002 Dom Ruinart has found a happy balance between mineral tension, rich textures and pure orchard fruit. It's stunning on the nose with a mix of dusty minerals, herbs and floral tones and glides effortlessly across the palate. Its a pure joy to drink.

Love Ruinart and this was no different. My wife was spot on with this one calling it incredibly fresh. Just an awesome bottle and the brightest of the 4.
