In the zone at the moment. Dom Ruinart with age never disappoints.

Golden. Soft edges with a light sweetness. Corn, honey, yellow flowers. A salinity and minerality. Gorgeously balanced

02’ Dom Runinart Champagne. Very fine aromas of lemon & grapefruit. Secondary notes of apricot & oyster shells. A thread of chalkiness & floral notes, that sits on the back of your palate for 30+ seconds. Many great years in front of this. Little champagne, prior to a sensational dinner tonight with my BETTER half.

Bright, crisp, apple notes and slightly toasty. Will benefit from further aging but great right now.

Dare I say it's finally ready to drink? The 2002 Dom Ruinart has found a happy balance between mineral tension, rich textures and pure orchard fruit. It's stunning on the nose with a mix of dusty minerals, herbs and floral tones and glides effortlessly across the palate. Its a pure joy to drink.

Powerful, lean citrus with an ever so sight toasty note starting to emerge. Great stuff!

Love Ruinart and this was no different. My wife was spot on with this one calling it incredibly fresh. Just an awesome bottle and the brightest of the 4.
