Happy bday to my wonderful wife! This was excellent. Lime and green apple, so fresh and bright, brioche with a tiny bit of pepper. Great bubbles and texture. Love the paper case.

Enjoyed this at the Chelsea Lounge at JFK airport. Considerably better than all the varieties of Moët on offer.

Took time to open, but when it did the steely dry, citrus, mineral notes began to meld with creamy, yiesty flavours to produce a balanced and quite complex palate. Great with poached salmon
