100% Erbaluce but named “Innominabile” because it cannot be labeled “Erbaluce” outside of Canavese. In the glass, this cast a slightly greenish golden color. Bright melon fruit with minerals and a generous spray of citrus. Nothing fussy. A delightfully confident wine that served as a wonderful compliment to our seafood pasta.

This wine seems to have started evolving since it first appeared in the US. More meal-friendly with less-pronounced acid and a rounder mouthfeel, whereas before I was enjoying it primarily as an aperitif.
