Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Dry cab with grippy tannins. Too young. It was good but not great.

Peekskill NY trip. Loved with my NY strip. Big flavors, drier than my usual.

Uncomplicated, pleasant, fruit forward, oak-kissed.

Solid Napa Cab. Strong tannins

Easy to drink cab. Spicy front note with slightly dry end note. Not too dry. Good with meat pairings or alone

Deep ruby color. Aromas of black fruit, leather, violets and cigar box. Plum, black cherry and oak finish.
