Fine soft tannins, long finish ending with fruit, spice, vanilla oak and soft earthy notes, will still develop. A nice fillet mignon with Cabernet gravy will go well.

Way too young; opened in honor of a friend. Big bold black fruit up front, savory herbs, cedar, and tobacco are rounded out with complex tannins and a long finish of smoke and iron ore. Can't wait to see where this one goes in a few years.

A nice, clean and crisp Sauvignon blanc. There were flavors of lemon and apricot, and hints of dry and green grass all paired with a low minerality (which I always like). Easy drinking. Would love another bottle with lunch on a summer’s day.
