Hypothesis Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep purple/red with berry aromas with a good hit of spice. Cherry, blackberry and plum on the palate, a bit tart, but interesting. The finish shows smoky oak, vivid acidity and some cacao on a medium ending. A bit pricy compared to other cabs at similar price point.

Rich and complex, with depth and finesse..... Blackberry, smoke and maybe some plum skin with faint undertones of chocolate milk.

High in tannins. Didn't love it and could get a better wine in that price range. I like educated guess though....

Tight and dark, leather and coffee tones and dominated by tannins.

Very nice Napa Cab. Hints of strawberry, licorice and tobacco. Paired well with wheat angel hair pasta and homemade crockpot meatballs.

Light, good for a daily drinker. W

Possible but not probable. As flashy as it is tasty. A bit overpriced.

A pretty smooth medium body wine. Kind of expensive for what it is.
