[The Original Ungrafted] Colchagua Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

A little spicy for my palate. Leaning toward a softer Cab Franc. Not bad though. Novelty coming from original ungrafted root stock.

Well rounded aroma. Full body and delicious

Black licorice an dark fruited-but sweet-pretty meh

Medium-bodied, dark berries and subtle cassis; this wine isn't particularly bold, I wish it was a bit more flavorful. A touch hot on the finish.

A lot more fruit than Napa. But nice and complex wine.

Very fruit forward; slightly underripe plum, sweet cherry, hint of cigar; simple but has a spine

Dark ruby. A little thin but nice fruit, cherry and plum. Not overly tannic but soft and easy drinking
