2022/4/23 with white asparagus / poached egg / Parmigiano, etc. Lemon rind, pear, bread and cold butter, subtle spice around the edges. Obviously extremely young, this was still enjoyable - linear, with good depth and salinity.

Pale yellow with a nose of citrus (lemon), flowers, wet stone. Very flinty with a nice citrus overtones. The acidity makes it nicely crisp. Excellent wine.

2018 vintage. Very tight but the minerality is already there. Hard to accurately rate now but projecting it to be in the 9.3 range in 3-4 years.

The nose has some white fruit, flinty with it seems a little bit of reduction. The palate is wide and full, despite nice tension that shows more with some air and with the wine warming up, a nice Chablis character with this salinity that comes out more and more, length is okay. Is it a high level Chablis Grand Cru, probably not but could be in a few years and is a very good bottle right now. 90-91
Nez de fruits blancs, pierre à fusil et un brin de réduction il me semble. La bouche est assez large et ample malgré une belle tension qui accompagne le tout, petit côté salin et définitivement Chablisien, longueur correcte, un haut niveau de Grand Cru? Pas certain mais un très bon Chablis et qui gagnera sans doute à être attendu un peu. 90-91
